DUBOIS – Nominations are now open for the 2024 DuBois Chamber Awards.
You can now submit your nominations for this year’s Small Business of the Year and the Community Cup.
We spoke to Jodi August, the Executive Director of the DuBois Chamber of Commerce on what it takes to win these prestigious awards.
“For the Small Business award, yes you have to be a Chamber member,“ explained August. “Really you are supposed to have shown business growth over the course of the years. And how much good you do in our community. The Community Cup award is a little bit different, for the Community Cup award you do not have to be a chamber member, you need to do good things in our community and go above and beyond the mission of your business or organization.”
In addition to the two Chamber awards, the DuBois area Jaycees will hand out the Distinguished Service Award to a deserving individual or business, unknown to all.
