DUBOIS – Organizers say that this year’s DuBois Community Days could be one of the biggest yet.

The annual event returns to DuBois City Park this Friday and Saturday, featuring a parade, live entertainment, family activities, food vendors, and what organizers say will be the largest fireworks display in Community Days history.

This year’s celebration will also recognize America’s 250th anniversary and mark the first Community Days since the formation of the unified DuBois Fire Department.

“This year should be one of the biggest and hopefully one of the best that we will put on for 2026.”

Organizers say more than 425 local families contributed donations this year, helping keep the event free.
