UNDATED – A Pennsylvania lawmaker plans to introduce legislation to recognize September 25th as Dolly Parton Day.
Representative Ben Waxman (D-Philadelphia) announced he plans to introduce this legislation to honor the singer.
Dolly Parton passed away on August 25th from a battle with cancer.
