CLEARFIELD – A retired State Trooper is going to stand trial for his role in a fatal accident in July.
We previously reported that 55 year-old Thomas Reed was allegedly under the influence when he caused a crash killing two people.
During a preliminary hearing, Magisterial District Judge Jerome Nevling held all of Reed’s charges for trial. Reed’s formal arraignment will be on September 23rd.
