GRAMPIAN – A Grampian man is behind bars after allegedly physically and sexually abusing two underaged girls.
According to police, one of the two sisters told authorities that 38 year-old, Devin Moore, allegedly sexually abused the two from when she was in fourth grade until ninth grade almost daily.
When confronted, Moore denied all allegations, then he was taken to the Clearfield County Jail where he faces 2,840 charges for sexual assault, corruption of minors, and endangering the welfare of a child.
