MAHEFFEY – A Sykesville woman is facing charges after allegedly neglecting to seek medical treatment for a dog leading to its death.
According to court documents, on April 28th, a dog owned by 24 year-old Allison Bouch was allegedly left to die after giving birth to two puppies in Mahaffey.
Veterinarian experts say that if the dog received proper medical care at the time of the birth, it would not have died.
Bouch has now been charged with felony aggravated cruelty to animals.
