KERSEY – A St. Marys couple are facing several charges related to the drug overdose of a Kersey man in January.
On January 23rd, State Police began investigating a suspected overdose death of 51 year-old Jason McCandless in Kersey.
Now, police say his son and his girlfriend, 29 year-old Colby McCandless and 38 year-old Amanda Earnest were involved in the overdose.
Both have been taken to the Elk County Jail where they face drug delivery resulting in death and involuntary manslaughter charges.
