Seatbelt Safety in Pa

SHARE NOW

UNDATED – State Police are reminding you to buckle up as their “Click It or Ticket” campaign gets underway.

If you’re pulled over and not wearing a seatbelt, you could be hit with two tickets, one for the stop, and another for not buckling up.

Troopers say there is a zero tolerance policy for your seatbelts and child safety seats. Kids under eight have to be secured, and those under two must be rear facing.

Free car seat checks will be offered across the Tri-County Area throughout the month giving you a chance to make sure your setup is safe and installed right.
