Grace Laverne (Leisenring) Wilson, 93, of Brookville, PA, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2026, while a resident of Penn Highlands Jefferson Manor.
Grace was born on September 18, 1933, to the late Otto Adolph and Anna Margaret (Burroughs) Leisenring. She worked for Wilbur Reality Century 21 and for Kent City Schools. Grace was a past member of the First Congregational Church in Rootstown, OH. Grace always had music in her life from a young age, which included playing several instruments and singing. As she got older, she loved doing puzzles and gave them as gifts to many people.
Grace is survived by three children, Kathy McCown, Keith Hilborn, Kay (Wayne) Paul, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and six great – great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Grace is preceded in passing by her husband, Frank Wilson, two brothers, Bud and Jim Leisenring, five grandchildren, Heather, Jennifer, Jason, Jeremy, and Cody.
A graveside service will take place on Friday, October 30, 2026, beginning at 11:00AM, and officiated by Pastor Diane Hetrick, at the Shannondale Union Cemetery.
