KANE – A former Corrections Officer will spend up to 44 months in state prison after pleading guilty to sleeping with inmates at SCI Forest.

We previously reported that 35 year-old Kristina Miller of Kane was working as a corrections officer when she conspired to commit fraud and had sexual relationships with inmates.

Now after pleading guilty to institutional sexual assault, unlawful use of a computer, and conspiracy to commity identity theft, she was sentenced to spend between 22 months to 44 months in state prison. She must also pay $3,903 dollars in restitution and register as a sex offender.
