UNDATED – Pennsylvania House lawmakers have voted to restrict the use of Flock cameras.
House Bill 2771, if implemented, would limit their licence plate reader cameras to certain law enforcement activities and require data unrelated to investigations to be deleted within 72 hours.
It would also prohibit selling or sharing of information.
The bill now heads to the Senate for consideration.
