DUBOIS – DuBois City Manager Joe Fleming says the city’s future depends on a strong relationship with its business community.
Speaking at Thursday’s Chamber Business Connection luncheon, Fleming emphasized economic development, local partnerships, and keeping the city’s growth focused on residents and businesses.
“But businesses honestly make a community run,” explained Fleming. “They make the community go. And I applaud all of you for the leadership that you put forth in everything that you do, no matter what sector you’re in.”
Fleming says that the city wants to work with businesses, listen to their concerns, and create an environment where they can succeed, ultimately supporting economic growth, and creating more jobs.
