UNDATED – Skill games remain an unresolved issue in Harrisburg following passage of the state budget.
State Representative Mike Armanini told us that lawmakers have just over a month to decide how to regulate and tax the games, which are an important source of income for many local businesses and clubs.
“I’ve been receiving a lot of phone calls, of course, from all my businesses and so forth. The clubs that now rely on those games as part of their operating income,” explained Armanini.
He went on to say that lawmakers are currently working on a solution.
