DUBOIS – Legal action is being taken against a skill games business that opened in downtown DuBois despite being denied by lawmakers.

We previously reported that lawmakers rejected Dustin Quigley’s request to transform 333 West Long Avenue into a skill games facility, however they opened anyways.

Lawmakers are currently going through the long and grueling legal process with citations and a warrant now issued with the next steps including court hearings.
