PHILIPSBURG – You are invited to a free seminar that will help you learn the rules and regulations associated with Small Games of Chance tonight in Philipsburg.
Hosted by the Clearfield-Jefferson Drug & Alcohol Commission at 1633 Philipsburg-Bigler Highway. From 6pm to 8:30pm you will be able to ask questions and learn how to operate a facility in a proper manner.
