PUNXSUTAWNEY – A criminal defense attorney will spend up to seven years behind bars for trying to have sexual relations with a minor in Jefferson County.
We previously reported in December of 2023 that 34 year-old Paul Luvara was arrested for trying to have sexual relations with a minor, who turned out to be a decoy with the group 814 Pred Hunters.
Since his arrest, he pled guilty to two felony charges, Corruption of Minors and Criminal use of a Communication Facility.
Now, he has been sentenced to spend between two and a half to seven years in prison with three years of probation.
