HOUTZDALE – A Houtzdale man accused of abusing three underage girls is now facing additional sexual assault charges.
According to police, 54 year-old John Ciavatta and his wife were charged after an investigation allegedly revealed they had physically abused their three adoptive children.
Now, Ciavatta is facing additional charges after two of the victims claimed he sexually assaulted them multiple times.
