PUNXSUTAWNEY – A Jefferson County woman is facing criminal charges for throwing a coffee table at her boyfriend during an argument.
According to Punxsutawney Borough Police, 30-year-old Amy Long has been charged with assault and harassment.
Both Long and her boyfriend confirmed to police that as they were having a verbal argument, Long tossed the table at the victim and struck him on the back.
Following her arraignment, Long was released on $10,000 bail. Her preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 16th.
