RIDGWAY – A Ridgway man has been jailed after allegedly pushing a woman down a flight of stairs.
On May 9th police responded to Penn Highlands Elk after a woman claimed she was thrown down a stairwell causing a broken arm by 25 year-old Daniel Baker during an argument.
When questioned, Baker claimed that the victim assaulted him before he pushed her away leading to her falling down three stairs.
Baker was then taken to the Elk County Jail where he faces felony aggravated assault, simple assault, and harassment charges.
