PUNXSUTAWNEY – A 30-year-old Jefferson County woman is behind bars and faces charges of assault and burglary.
Punxsutawney Borough Police filed charges against Rosalind Gursky for allegedly breaking into a Punxsy home and attacking her ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend. Police say that Gursky punched the victim, and hit her in the face with a glass ashtray.
Following her arraignment on charges of burglary, simple assault, harassment, and criminal trespass, Gursky was sent to the Jefferson County Jail in lieu of $35,000 bail.
Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 4th,
