CLEARFIELD – A State College man has been jailed after allegedly sexually assaulting a 13 year-old girl in Clearfield.
In April police began investigating reports that 27 year-old Keenan Wise had multiple sexual encounters with a 13 year-old girl while staying with her family on Daisy Street in Clearfield.
When questioned, Wise allegedly admitted to the allegations. He is now in the Clearfield County Jail where he faces sexual assault charges.
