UNDATED – The sentencing of former City of DuBois employee Roberta “Bobbie” Shaffer will be delayed until December 18th.
We previously reported that Shaffer’s attorney was looking to postpone her original September 22nd sentencing to review the Presentence Investigation Report in addition to waiting for her co-defendant John “Herm” Suplizio’s sentencing.
Now on September 15th, U.S. District Judge Stephanie Haines granted the extension until December 18th at 2pm.
