UNDATED – A Change of plea hearing has been scheduled for former City of DuBois employee Roberta “Bobbie” Shaffer.
According to court documents, on Wednesday May 27th at 11:30am a change of plea hearing will be held for Shaffer by Judge Stephanie Haines in Johnstown.
Shaffer and former DuBois Manager John “Herm” Suplizio are accused of allegedly stealing around $1.5 million dollars in city funds between 2008 and 2022.
