DUBOIS – A recent community fundraiser has raised over $150,000 dollars to support emergency care.
The Penn Highlands Healthcare and KTH Architects Golf Classic raised over $150,000 dollars in mid June to support emergency care services across the health system.
Officials say these funds will help pay for more advanced medical equipment, trauma supplies, and other essentials for patients in need.
The annual event brought 72 teams to golf courses in DuBois and Connellsville.
