UNDATED – A man convicted of a 2019 bombing that killed a Clearfield woman had his request to overturn his convictions or a new trial denied.

We previously reported that Clint Addleman was found guilty for his role in building a homemade explosive that killed a 34 year-old Clearfield Woman.

With sentencing scheduled for Wednesday, Addleman sought for the court to overturn his conviction or a new trial, claiming prosecutors failed to present sufficient evidence.

U.S. District Judge Stephanie Haines denied the motion stating the Jury was fully informed.
