CLEARFIELD – A 37-year-old Clearfield man has been sentenced to between 20 months and four years in state prison after pleading guilty to attempted sexual assault.
According to court documents, Bryant Sellers had been criminally charged for the online messages and images he sent to a decoy posing as a 15-year-old girl. Sellers was also facing charges for possession of drug paraphernalia.
During Monday’s sentencing, Clearfield County President Judge Paul Cherry also ordered a three-year reentry probation for Sellers.
