Once on scene police learned that 34 year-old Alexander Frantz woke up agitated and allegedly assaulted the victim, including strangling her.

As officers were on scene, Frantz allegedly threatened to shoot officers if they did not leave. Once officers learned a 3 year-old girl was inside the residence they kicked down the door and took Frantz into custody.

He allegedly resisted arrest and injured one officer.
