UNDATED – An Altoona man will spend up to five years in state prison after pleading guilty to inappropriately touching a 13 year-old girl.
According to court documents, 61 year-old Elwood Queen Jr. was accused of inappropriately touching a 13 year-old girl in Beccaria Township on June 15th 2025.
The report stated that Queen unclipped her bra while rubbing her back and proceeded to remove more clothing. The victim stated he stopped when she told him to, however she did say he inappropriately touched her around a year earlier.
Now, after pleading guilty to indecent assault and corruption of minors he was sentenced to spend between one and five years in state prison followed by three years of probation and must also register under Megan’s Law.
