DUBOIS – A DuBois Man will spend up to 10 years in state prison for separate charges of selling drugs and fleeing from police.

We previously reported that 45 year-old Jeffery Bearer was jailed for multiple crimes, including selling drugs to a confidential informant and fleeing from police on a motorcycle.

Now he has been sentenced to spend between 28 months to 10 years in state prison for Felony possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communication facility, and fleeing charges.
