UNDATED – Pennsylvania high school students, you are being challenged to help solve a major traffic problem.
PennDOT’s Innovations Challenge is asking students to develop ways to prevent over-height vehicles from striking bridges and tunnels.
Experts say there have been over 600 bridges that have been hit by oversized vehicles recently.
