UNDATED – The sentencing for former City of DuBois Manager John “Herm” Suplizio has been delayed until December 10th.

According to court documents, the defense team made a motion to delay the trial stating that Suplizio’s primary counsel Michael A. Comber had a prepaid vacation scheduled from November 23rd through the 30th.
