FALLS CREEK – A Falls Creek man has been charged after allegedly breaking into a Washington Township property.
On June 27th police responded to a Boxer Road residence for reports of a burglary in progress. The victims told police that surveillance video showed two individuals with a red sedan on the property.
The following day police spoke to one of the men from the footage who claimed that 18 year-old Timothy Kronewetter Jr. took them to the property believing it was abandoned. He also told police they took a gas can but did not enter any buildings.
When questioned, Kronewetter allegedly told police they enetered the garage and looked around before leaving and did not take anything.
Now, Kronewetter has been charged with felony criminal trespassing and damaging property charges.
