JOHNSONBURG – A Johnsonburg man has been jailed after allegedly inappropriately touching an eight year-old girl.
On March 15th state police began investigating 21 year-old John Hilyer Jr. after receiving two Childline reports.
An investigation revealed that Hilyer allegedly touched an eight year-old girl inappropriately while at a James City residence.
When questioned, he allegedly claimed he was going to have a sexual relationship with the victim.
Hilyer is now at the Elk County Jail where he faces Sexual Assault, corruption of minors, and indecent assault charges.
