GRASSFLAT – A Grassflat man has pleaded guilty after being accused of killing his dog.
According to court documents, 35 year-old Cody Rinehart was charged with felony aggravated cruelty to animals after he allegedly shot and killed the dog in late April.
Now after pleading guilty to lesser charges of disorderly conduct and was instructed to pay fines totaling over $2,800.
