CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man was found guilty of trying to meet with a teenage girl for sex.
We previously reported that 41 year-old Ryan Altmeyer sent sexual messages and pictures to two teenage decoys and made plans to meet.
A jury found him guilty of felony attempt/statutory sexual assault and criminal attempt/corruption of minors. Sentencing will happen after an evaluation determines if Altmeyer is a sexually violent predator.
