GRAMPIAN – A Grampian man has been jailed for allegedly having a sexual relationship with at least two teenagers.
According to police, they received several tips about 19 year-old Robert Hooven allegedly grooming teens on Snapchat. He was also accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14 and 15 year-old.
When questioned, Hooven allegedly admitted to using the social media to ask for and send nude photos and having sex with the two teens
Hooven is now at the Clearfield County Jail where he faces roughly 40 felony charges of deviate sexual assault, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and corruption of minors.
