DUBOIS – A Brockway man is facing several charges after allegedly stealing a vehicle in DuBois this week.
On Monday police were informed that a blue 2019 Chevy Silverado was allegedly stolen from a West DuBois Avenue address.
Police were then able to locate the truck in the area of South Brady Street and Shaffer Avenue with reports of a suspicious man in a nearby backyard.
Police identified the man as 34 year-old Alexander Foltz who claimed he was driving the truck. There was no reported damage to the vehicle and nothing missing from inside the truck.
Foltz is now facing felony theft charges.
