JOHNSONBURG – A Johnsonburg man has been sentenced after providing false information on a background check.
According to court documents, on July 24th 2025, 62 year-old Donald Davison falsely filled out paperwork on a background check for a rifle he won in a raffle.
An investigation revealed that Davison has a previous charge and was not allowed to possess firearms.
Now, after pleading guilty to providing a false statement was sentenced to one year of probation.
