Brockport Man Sentenced for Selling Methamphetamines

BROCKPORT – A Brockport man will spend up to 14 months in prison after pleading guilty to selling drugs to an undercover officer in 2024.

We previously reported that 36 year-old Kevin Batts was facing several charges after selling methamphetamines to an undercover officer in 2024.

Now, after pleading guilty to felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and testimony stating he is employed, does volunteer work, and attended drug rehabilitation, he was sentenced to spend between seven and 14 months in the Clearfield County Jail.
