PUNXSUTAWNEY – A New Jersey man has been jailed after allegedly threatening to shoot children at a Punxsutawney School Bus stop.
On April 27th police say that 26 year-old Al-Tahiq Nasir-Dwane Aulston of New Jersey was at an elementary school bus stop at the intersection of Sycamore and Sutton Streets where he was yelling profanities.
Witnesses told police that he allegedly told a group of parents and their children that if he had a gun he would shoot them while pointing his finger like a gun.
Officers say that Aulston agreed to go with them where they discovered he had a knife on his person.
He has now been sent to the Jefferson County Jail where he faces harassment and terroristic threats charges.
