Penfield Man Accused of Stealing Skills Game Machine

DUBOIS – A Penfield man is facing several charges after allegedly stealing a Skill Game Machine.

On April 15th DuBois Police responded to the IP&S Club on Washington Avenue for reports of a theft.

Once on scene police learned through surveillance footage that a man allegedly broke into the side door before exiting with a skill game machine. A cleaning employee identified the man as 42 year-old Jason Brundridge.

On April 16th police went to Brundridge’s address where they were told he had moved out of state. Police say they did find the skills game machine in a neighboring property, they say it was smashed open and missing $4,523 dollars.

Brundridge, has now been charged with felony burglary, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property charges.
