CLEARFIELD – One man has been jailed after allegedly fleeing from police on an ATV.
On March 31st police attempted to pull over an ATV along Nichols Street in Clearfield, at which point the driver, later identified as 23 year-old Dakota Peters, fled from police.
After a brief pursuit through multiple streets and yards police located Peters and placed him into custody.
He was then sent to the Clearfield County Jail on fleeing and eluding charges.
