LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP – One man is facing several charges after allegedly assaulting his mother and restraining her.
On March 9th, police responded to an Ester Lane residence in Lawrence Township for a reported domestic dispute between a mother and son.
After investigation, police learned that 35 year-old William Scribe had allegedly physically assaulted his mother and restrained her when she tried to escape.
Police say that Scribe then allegedly took her cell phone and attempted to chase her when she escaped.
He then fled on foot before police arrived.
Police have now issued a warrant for his arrest for simple assault, false imprisonment, terroristic threats, and theft by deception.
