HENDERSON TOWNSHIP – Two men are facing several charges after allegedly starting a fight involving a baseball bat.
This stems from a February incident at a Henderson Township home. Police were notified of an active fight and a baseball bat being used to hit people.
Once on scene police learned that a victim got into an altercation when 54 year-old Nicholas Kuntz allegedly started breaking the windows of the vehicle with a baseball bat.
At that time the victim’s husband confronted Kuntz while on the phone with authorities. Kuntz allegedly hit him with the bat before he threw Kuntz to the ground. After that 66 year-old Douglas Reed then allegedly came over and proceeded to beat the man.
Now Kuntz and Reed are facing simple assault charges.
