MORRISDALE – A Morrisdale man has been charged after allegedly getting a teen drunk and raping her.
Police say then began an investigation in July of 2025 when a 13 year-old girl claimed that she was given alcohol by 24 year-old Andrew Bailor before he took her to his home, allegedly strangled her until she lost consciousness and raped her.
When questioned, Bailor allegedly denied any sexual encounter. When confronted with evidence from a sexual assault examination, he claimed it was consensual.
Bailor was taken to the Clearfield County Jail and charged with rape, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, strangulation, and giving alcohol to a minor. He has since posted bail.
