BROCKWAY – A Brockway man could spend nearly two years in county jail after pleading guilty to stabbing another man in the neck
We originally reported in August that Noah Fremer was jailed after getting into an argument and stabbing a man in the neck in Philipsburg.
After pleading guilty to felony aggravated assault, he was sentenced to spend between one to two years in county jail with six months already served.
Fremer must also pay the victim’s medical bills.
