LUTHERSBURG – A Luthersburgh man will spend up to 14 years in jail after pleading guilty to four separate cases.
According to Court Documents 52 year-old Jeffery McClure pled guilty to having drugs during a traffic stop in July of 2023, a second interaction with police revealed more drugs at his home while hiding a wanted man.
In fall of 2024, McClure was caught on two separate occasions when trying to steal items from a home and a vehicle in Houston Township.
After pleading guilty to drug charges, hindering apprehension, and the theft cases, he was sentenced to spend between two and 14 years in State Prison.
