DUBOIS – A DuBois man is facing several charges after allegedly sending sexually explicit images to his former case manager.
According to court documents, between January 8th and 11th 42 year-old Carl Wagner was in contact with his former case manager allegedly sending the victim 13 lewd photographs.
The victim then immediately reported the photos to both their supervisor and police.
Wagner is now facing stalking and harassment charges.
