FALLS CREEK – An Indiana County man is facing several charges after allegedly strangling and kidnapping a woman in Falls Creek.
On December 29th State Police responded to a Main Street apartment where a witness told authorities that they heard screaming from a locked bedroom.
Once gaining entry, the witness allegedly saw 39 year-old Roger Delsman on top of and choking his niece.
He then allegedly stole the witness’ vehicle and drove off with the victim.
Police then found the vehicle and took Delsman into custody where he faces aggravated assault, kidnapping, strangulation, and drug related charges.
