CURWENSVILLE – A Curwensville man was found guilty of assaulting an elderly woman.
According to court documents, 55 year-old Robert Cowder was accused of hitting and kicking the 90 year-old victim in late June.
Further investigation revealed that Cowder had coerced the victim to lie to the police and court.
Now, he has been found guilty of two counts of simple assault and intimidation of a victim.
He is currently at the Clearfield County Jail awaiting a January 5th sentencing.
